Registering for a Facing the Future group

What does this involve?

Registering your interest in joining a group takes no more than 5 minutes and participation is free of charge. Once we have received your details, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a short assessment call.

Please Note: It needs to be at least 3 months since your bereavement for you to be able to participate in a group, and you must be eighteen years of age or over.

Please complete the form below to register your interest in a Facing the Future group via Zoom. If you are a healthcare professional who believes a group would benefit your client, please encourage them to register here themselves.
